The screen borders are extremely narrow, and the vision is clean, with no black edges to interfere. The crystal refraction allows the screen to be slightly enlarged, making it more comfortable to look at than the actual size, and it is not tiring to the eyes for long periods of time.
The built-in memory is enough to store five high-definition videos, each of which is about one minute. I played all the travel highlight clips. When the carousel was played, it was like walking into a memory tunnel, and my emotions were instantly aroused.
It supports customizing the startup screen. I set my wedding photo as the startup screen. Every time I press the startup button, it’s like reliving that happy moment. It’s full of ritual.
I originally thought it was just a gimmick, but I didn’t expect the 3D effect to be really layered. When I uploaded the mountain climbing video, the distance between distant mountains and nearby trees was obvious, and it was like holding memories in the palm of my hand.
The surface of the crystal ball is scratch-resistant and wear-resistant. My child accidentally fell off the sofa and picked it up and rubbed it without any damage. The material is indeed much more durable than ordinary acrylic.
Compared with the official website demonstration video, the actual playback color saturation is higher, especially the red and blue colors are particularly vivid, unlike some cheap models that tend to be yellowish or gray.
There is almost no operating sound when playing. It is so quiet that I often forget that it is working. It is suitable to be placed in a study or bedroom that requires tranquility.
The picture quality of this crystal ball is really clear. When I played my grandson’s birthday video, the whole family was amazed. The light refraction effect makes the 3D feeling stronger. It is heavy and textured when held in the hand. It is very convenient to give as a gift.
The indicator light is soft and not dazzling when charging. It will automatically cut off the power when fully charged. The battery will not decay significantly after three months, and the battery life is honest and not exaggerated.
Helped customers to customize corporate gifts, printed the company logo and paired it with a promotional video. After receiving it, the customer immediately took a photo and posted it on Facebook. He said it was the most creative gift he had received this year.
The process of uploading videos is easier than expected. The mobile APP is intuitive to operate. It supports MP4 format without converting. I tried three videos of different lengths and they all played smoothly. The screen brightness is also bright enough.

What are the dimensions of the Soufeel Crystal Ball with Electronic Display?
The sphere measures 2.7 inches in diameter, small enough to sit on a desk or shelf. This size refers to the glass orb itself, which houses a 2.7-inch IPS video screen inside. Soufeel designed it to be compact so it fits easily in a home office, bedroom, or living room display. The small footprint makes it simple to place on a nightstand or workspace without taking up much room.
What materials is the Soufeel Crystal Ball with Electronic Display made from?
It is built from transparent glass on the upper half and durable colored ABS plastic on the base. The glass portion gives a clear, sparkling look while the ABS plastic adds structure and stability. Soufeel chose this hybrid construction so the orb stays both decorative and sturdy over time. The warm internal light shines through the glass, while the plastic base holds the electronic display components.
How do I load a video or photo onto the Soufeel Crystal Ball with Electronic Display?
First select the video or photo you want to feature, then import it into the orb's electronic display. Soufeel notes that import is possible through the device's own interface, so no extra software is required. Once your content is loaded, the 2.7-inch IPS screen inside the sphere plays it back. The process is designed to be simple enough for anyone to operate without technical experience.
Who is the Soufeel Crystal Ball with Electronic Display a good gift for?
It suits friends, family, colleagues, or anyone who enjoys distinctive home and office decor. Soufeel markets it as a sentimental option for occasions like anniversaries, since the screen can hold a personal video or photo. It works well for people who like the look of a classic glass globe but want something interactive rather than static. Grandparents, couples, and coworkers are all reasonable recipients.
What makes the Soufeel Crystal Ball with Electronic Display different from a regular decorative crystal ball?
It combines a traditional glass globe shape with a built-in 2.7-inch IPS video screen. Where an ordinary crystal ball is purely an ornament, this Soufeel piece lets you display a treasured video or photo inside the sphere. The warm internal illumination adds a glowing effect that a standard glass globe does not have. It functions as both decor and a personal digital display in one object.
Is the Soufeel Crystal Ball with Electronic Display worth buying based on customer ratings?
It holds an average rating of 4.88 out of 5 across 1309 customer reviews. The 2.7-inch IPS screen, glass and colored ABS plastic construction, and digital import feature are the core specifications behind that figure. Soufeel positions it as a decorative orb that also displays personal videos or photos. Buyers comparing it to plain ornaments should weigh whether the electronic display matters to them.
