The craftsmanship is exceptional — no splinters or rough edges and the name was engraved clearly with a lovely font choice that matched my vision exactly
This custom first day of school sign is absolutely adorable and well-made — the colors are vibrant the wood is smooth and the personalization was done perfectly just as I requested
I love how versatile it is — used it for both first day and last day photos with different chalk messages and it looked equally charming each time
The seller responded quickly to my customization request and shipped faster than expected — arrived two days ahead of schedule in perfect condition
It’s worth every penny — my daughter hugged it before her kindergarten drop-off and teachers even asked where I got such a sweet personalized prop
The size is ideal for toddler photos — not too big to handle but large enough to be visible in group shots and background blur looks gorgeous
I appreciated the included chalk and eraser — high quality and smudge-free which made changing messages between photo setups super easy
The natural wood grain shows through beautifully and gives it such a warm authentic feel — far more elegant than plastic alternatives I’ve seen
My son insisted on carrying it himself to school and it survived a full morning of enthusiastic handling without any damage or fading
It doubled as a keepsake — we framed it after school year ended and now it hangs proudly in her bedroom alongside her graduation cap photo
The font spacing and alignment were spot-on — no crooked letters or uneven lines even though I requested a longer name with middle initial

What sizes does the Soufeel Custom First Day of School Sign come in?
The Soufeel sign is available in two sizes: 20.3 × 25.4 cm (7.99 × 10 inches) and 25.4 × 30.4 cm (10 × 11.97 inches). Both are cut from MDF board with acrylic elements. The smaller size suits tighter shelf or desk displays, while the larger one reads more easily in full-body photos.
How many names can I put on the Soufeel back to school board?
Up to 4 names can be personalized on a single Soufeel name plate. Each name is offered in 15 color options, and the information board itself comes in 4 colors. This makes the board usable for one child or for siblings sharing the same photo prop.
What do I need to prepare before ordering the Soufeel first day of school sign?
Have your child's name spelling and your preferred name color ready before checkout. Soufeel asks for 1–4 names and lets you pick from 15 name colors plus 4 information board colors. No separate marker or stand purchase is needed, since the package already includes a whiteboard marker, a display stand, a hanging cord, and a damage-free hook.
How do I use the FIRST DAY OF and LAST DAY OF tags on this Soufeel sign?
Slide whichever tag applies into place, then write the school year details on the board with the included whiteboard marker. Soufeel supplies both a FIRST DAY OF tag and a LAST DAY OF tag so the same board works at the start and the end of the year. Wipe the board clean and rewrite it each time your child moves up a grade.
Who is the Soufeel first day of school photo prop best suited for?
It is aimed at preschool and kindergarten children, and works just as well for older school-age kids. Parents use it for first day of school photos, last day of school photos, and year-over-year growth comparisons. Unlike a plain printed chalkboard sign, the Soufeel board has interchangeable tags and erasable surface, so one purchase covers the whole school year.
Is the Soufeel Custom First Day of School Sign worth buying?
It holds a rating of 5.00 out of 5 across 8 customer reviews. The package includes 1 information board, 1 personalized name plate, both changeable tags, a whiteboard marker, a hanging cord, a damage-free hook, and a display stand. Soufeel offers customization for 1–4 names, 15 name colors, and 4 board colors, and the board measures 20.3 × 25.4 cm or 25.4 × 30.4 cm depending on the size chosen.
