Tempi di attesa molto lunghi infatti credevo che era una truffa invece no finalmente è arrivato servizio clienti molto cordiale e sempre pronto a rispondere a tutte le richieste.
I received a notice advising a slight delay (it really was only about 2 days) but the whole tracking experience was amazing. From order to processing, completed, shipped, on international flight, ground transfers. I knew each step of the way where my parcel was and was pleasantly surprised by how much tracking they have. The item, arrived package well and quite simply a beautiful little light. It is not too big but just a lovely light with 32 photos of my choice. Photos are clear and of great quality. Really happy with item and service as I want sure what to expect.
The quality exceeded my expectations the wood base feels solid and the light is gentle on the eyes
Easy to set up and the LED bulb lasts forever no need to worry about changing it often
I love that I can switch out the photo film if I want to change the mood or celebrate different moments
My daughter cried happy tears when she opened this at Christmas she said it felt like home
Even after weeks of daily use, the light still works perfectly without flickering
This Christmas tree light is small but mighty, the engraved base makes it feel so special and personal
Bright enough to see the photo clearly but gentle enough to use as a night light
The glow is soft and not too bright, perfect for a bedroom night light during winter nights
Such a thoughtful way to preserve memories I used a black and white photo and it looks stunning
常见问题
How many photos can I put on the Soufeel Custom Photo Film Christmas Tree Night Light?
You can choose 8, 16, or 32 photos. Soufeel repeats your selected pictures in a seamless film-reel design so the entire spiral is filled. The number you pick determines how often each photo appears around the tree. All three options are available on the same product, so the photo count is the main choice you make before ordering.
What is the wooden base of the Soufeel Custom Photo Film Christmas Tree Night Light made of?
The base is wood, offered in Natural Oak or Walnut. Each base can be engraved with a name, date, or short message, which is what makes the Soufeel night light a personalized keepsake rather than a standard decoration. The wood base holds the clear dome and the spiral of photo film above it. Power comes through a USB connection.
What do I need to prepare before ordering the Soufeel Custom Photo Film Christmas Tree Night Light?
Prepare your photos first: select 8, 16, or 32 images, matching the option you buy. Then decide on the engraving text for the wooden base and pick Natural Oak or Walnut. Soufeel uses the pictures you supply to build the repeating film-reel spiral, so having them ready before checkout keeps the order simple.
Is the Soufeel Custom Photo Film Christmas Tree Night Light rotatable?
No, the product itself is not rotatable. The photo film sits fixed in its spiral under the clear dome, and the light shines through the layers rather than spinning them. Soufeel powers the night light by USB, so placement depends on where a cable can reach. Any movement of the projected glow comes from where you position the unit, not from the unit turning.
What is the difference between the Soufeel Classic Film Tree Light and the Pine Film Tree Light?
The Classic version is film only, with no branches, so the glow of your photos forms the tree shape under the dome. The Pine version adds real pine branches around the custom photo film, with soft lights twinkling among the needles. Both are Soufeel photo film tree lights; the choice comes down to a clean, minimal look versus a natural one.
Is the Soufeel Custom Photo Film Christmas Tree Night Light worth buying as a gift?
It is rated 4.96/5 across 109 customer reviews. Soufeel builds this night light around your own photos, offered in 8, 16, or 32 picture versions, with an engraved Natural Oak or Walnut base. It works as a family decoration, a holiday centerpiece, or a personalized Christmas gift. Power is supplied by USB.
