I came across advertisements for these custom brick figures. I thought they were very cute and would make great gifts. I have read mixed reviews online of other sellers of custom brick figures. I decided to try Gift Lab and I am very happy with it. My experience was excellent and flawless. Within a day or two, I received a link for my review template. 常见问题
What material is the Soufeel graduation gift custom brick figure made from?
ABS eco-friendly plastic is the material used for the Soufeel brick figure. Each figure is built from standard building blocks, so the finished model holds its shape without glue or special tools. The material is the same type used across the Soufeel custom brick figure line. Because the item is made to order, the block count and joint structure vary with the pose you send in.
What photo requirements does Soufeel need before designing a custom brick figure?
Upload a front-facing, full body, clear photo with no cover and bright, patterned clothing. Soufeel uses that image to start the design of the brick figures, so a photo where the face and body outline are both visible gives the best result. The customization then covers the character's hairstyle, expression and conventional accessories. Complex accessories may not be fully replicated, but the team tries to restore them within the structure of the building blocks.
How long does Soufeel take to design and produce a personalized brick figure?
Allow 2-3 business days for design and production of the Soufeel brick figure. The countdown begins once your photo has been received, since the design work starts from that image. Because each piece is specially and uniquely made, the item cannot be returned and resold once it is sold. Assembly instructions for the brick figures and scene accessories are packaged separately, so plan a little extra time to put everything together after delivery.
What size should the person be in the photo for a Soufeel custom brick figure?
The size refers to the person's stature standing from head to toe, not their actual height while sitting or lying down. Soufeel bases the brick figure on that standing head-to-toe measurement, so send a photo taken while the person is upright and fully in frame. A front, full body shot with clear outlines and bright patterned clothing restores better than a cropped or seated one. Give the measurement together with the photo so the proportions match on the first build.
Who is the Soufeel custom brick figure a good gift for?
It suits dads, papas, grandfathers, graduates and guys in general. Soufeel turns a photo of the recipient into a custom brick figure, which makes the gift personal rather than generic. Common occasions include Father's Day, graduation and birthdays. The finished model sits on a desk or shelf as a display piece, and the separate scene accessories let you set up a small scene around the figure.
Is the Soufeel custom brick figure worth buying?
It holds a 4.88 out of 5 average rating across 1309 customer reviews. Soufeel makes each brick figure to order from your own photo, with customization covering hairstyle, expression and conventional accessories. The work takes 2-3 business days before the item ships. Returns are limited on this product: a full refund is possible only before design begins, 50% after design has started, and none once production has started.
