Crafted from lightweight and durable materials such as PLA, resin, or composite materials. After purchase, if adjustments are needed before production, we will send an updated preview via email. If no response is received within 24 hours, we will proceed with production based on the latest preview. Each piece is handmade, with a production time of approximately 7–10 days. If a refund is requested after the 3D modeling process has been completed but before production, a 30% depreciation fee will be charged. If a refund is requested during production, a 50% depreciation fee will be applied. Once the product is ready for shipment, cancellations or refunds are not accepted. As this is a personalized custom product, full refunds are not accepted except in cases of product damage.
