常见问题
What are the dimensions of the Soufeel NFC CD album keychain?
The keychain is shaped like a miniature CD album, sized to sit comfortably on a keyring. Soufeel builds it as a compact charm rather than a full-size disc, so it stays light in a pocket or bag. The NFC chip sits inside the outer box area of the charm, which is the part you tap against your phone.
What do I need to set up before I can use the Soufeel NFC music keychain?
NFC must be switched on in your phone settings before the keychain will work at all. Bring the outer box of the Soufeel charm close to your phone's NFC detection area, usually near the rear camera, and hold it still until it registers. If nothing happens, flip the keychain and try the other side. The first tap triggers a pop-up on your phone asking you to play the song.
How do I change the song link on the Soufeel personalized keychain to Apple Music or YouTube Music?
Contact Soufeel customer service right after placing your order with the link you want used instead. The default is a Spotify music link, so the charm arrives pre-loaded with whatever song you chose. The replacement link is then written to the NFC chip for you. Supply the exact Apple Music or YouTube Music URL when you reach out so the swap goes through without delays.
Who is the Soufeel custom photo CD keychain a good gift for?
Music lovers are the obvious fit, since the charm links straight to a song the recipient can trigger with a phone tap. Soufeel also positions it for birthdays, anniversaries, and just-because occasions where a photo plus a track carries personal meaning. It suits anyone who keeps music on their phone and enjoys small, wearable keepsakes. It pairs well with a first-date song, a wedding track, or a shared favourite.
Does the Soufeel NFC keychain come with custom photos printed on it?
Yes, the CD album face is fully customisable with your own photos, so you choose the imagery that appears on the charm. Each Soufeel keychain is made to order around that photo selection and the song you pick. The photo sits on the CD-shaped face while the NFC chip is hidden in the outer box. This gives you a physical picture paired with a track that plays on contact.
Is the Soufeel personalized music keychain worth buying?
It holds a 5/5 rating across 80 customer reviews on the listing. The charm pairs a custom photo CD face with an NFC chip that opens a streaming link on contact, so the value depends on whether you want a song tied to a physical object. Soufeel ships it ready to tap after the first pop-up is accepted. Buyers weighing it against a standard photo keychain should note the music link is the added function.
