Even my grumpy old cat who hates everything sat next to the plush for twenty minutes like he was checking if it was real

I was skeptical about how accurate it would be but wow the artist nailed my French bulldog’s squinty eyes and wrinkly forehead

The customization team emailed me to confirm small details like collar color and ear tilt which made me feel really valued as a customer

It sits proudly on my desk and coworkers always stop by to ask about it — half of them have already placed their own orders

The poseable joints are sturdy enough to hold positions but still easy for little hands to move around without breaking

I sent a blurry photo thinking it wouldn’t matter but they somehow pulled out my kitten’s exact fur pattern and cheek shape

I ordered one for my sister’s birthday and she cried when she opened it because it captured her cat Luna’s goofy expression so perfectly

My kids love hugging it before bed and they say it smells like home because we sent in a photo taken in our living room with our pug

The embroidery on the paw pads matches my corgi’s unique markings spot on and the nose has that subtle pink shading I love

The stuffing is firm but cuddly and doesn’t flatten out after weeks of daily snuggles which is rare for plush toys

The poseable legs let me sit it on shelves or prop it up on the couch beside me and it never tips over thanks to the weighted base
