We process the information needed to complete orders, quotes, inquiries and subscriptions, and provide it to support, fulfilment and subscription services according to business need and access permissions.

Anonymous visitor analytics

The store uses random visitor and session identifiers only after you opt in. It may record page paths, product views, add-to-cart actions, checkout entry and active time, plus device category and campaign source when those options are enabled. Analytics does not store form contents, email addresses, raw search terms, precise location or full URL parameters. Events are kept for 90 days by default; the store administrator can choose 30, 90, 180 or 365 days. You can withdraw consent through “Privacy preferences”. The store will stop future collection and request deletion of analytics events associated with that anonymous identifier.

WeChat customer service

If you choose to open enterprise WeChat customer service, the customer-service identity and conversation messages are used to handle your request and appear in the store inbox. The website’s anonymous visitor identifier is not automatically joined to your WeChat identity through the service link.

Photos and design assets

Uploaded photos and sketches are used for the design project and review. They are not published without consent; contact the studio to request access or deletion.
