Personalized jewelry typically takes 7–18 working days to make. AI design projects and wholesale samples show their own lead time in the quote.
Delivery
You receive tracking by email after dispatch. Available destinations, shipping fees and taxes appear at checkout for your market.
Returns
Non-custom items can be returned or exchanged within 90 days. For approved custom work already in production, contact the studio so we can review the request.
