Frequently asked questions
What material are Soufeel custom brick figures made of?
They are made of ABS eco-friendly plastic, the same hard, safe plastic used in standard small particle building blocks. Soufeel builds each figure from these small particle blocks, so the finished piece holds its shape on a shelf or desk. Because the material is ABS, the surface wipes clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth. This applies to every Soufeel photo brick figure order, regardless of pose or outfit.
How tall is a Soufeel custom brick figure and how is the height measured?
The size is taken from the person standing head to toe, not their actual height while sitting or lying down. When you order from Soufeel, use a standing full-body photo so the proportions match what you want built. The figure is then reproduced in small particle blocks at that standing stature. Keep this in mind if the person in your photo is seated, since the result will follow standing proportions.
What kind of photo should I upload for a Soufeel personalized brick figure?
Upload a front-facing, full-body, clear photo with no cover and wearing bright, patterned clothing. Soufeel uses that image as the starting point for the whole design, so visibility of the face and outfit matters most. Photos where the figure is partly hidden or wearing plain dark colors give the designer less to work with. The clearer the front view, the more of the hairstyle, expression and conventional accessories can be carried over.
How long does Soufeel take to design and produce a custom brick figure?
Design and production take 2-3 business days. Soufeel starts this work once your order and photo are received, which is why the item is made specifically and uniquely for you. If you ask to cancel immediately after ordering and work has not begun, a full refund is available. Once design has started only 50% is refundable, and once production has started no refund or return is possible.
What can be customized on a Soufeel photo brick figure?
Customization covers the character's hairstyle, expression and conventional accessories, all built from small particle blocks. Soufeel rebuilds these details from your uploaded photo rather than printing them on a flat surface. Complex accessories may not be fully reproduced, and in those cases the design is restored as closely as the block structure allows. The result is a small particle block figure you assemble yourself, not a printed photo panel.
Is the Soufeel custom brick figure worth buying?
It holds 4.88 out of 5 stars from 1309 customer reviews. Soufeel makes each brick figure to order from your own photo, with hairstyle, expression and conventional accessories rebuilt in ABS small particle blocks. Design and production run 2-3 business days, and the height follows the person's standing head-to-toe stature. Note that the item is custom made, so returns are limited once design or production has begun.
