Frequently asked questions
What are the dimensions of the Soufeel custom music and photo Christmas ornament?
It measures 9cm x 9cm x 0.7cm, a round disc shaped for standard tree branches. The 9cm width gives enough flat surface for a photo and personalised text to sit side by side. At 0.7cm thick it hangs flat against the branch instead of tilting forward. This Soufeel ornament weighs 33.4g, light enough for small or thin-branched trees.
What material is the Soufeel custom music and photo Christmas ornament made from?
The body is EVA foam and acrylic, with laser cut edges and a smooth UV printed finish. EVA foam keeps the ornament at 33.4g while the acrylic layer holds the printed photo and text rigid. Laser cutting gives the 9cm x 9cm outline a clean edge, and UV printing bonds the artwork to the surface. Soufeel uses this combination so the 0.7cm thick disc stays flat and does not warp on the tree.
How do I personalise the Soufeel music and photo Christmas ornament before ordering?
Pick the song you want it to play, then supply the photo and text you want printed on the 9cm acrylic face. The photo is UV printed onto the surface alongside your personalised text, so both appear together on the finished 9cm x 9cm round ornament. Because the music, photo and wording are all chosen at the point of order, it is worth deciding on the song and the photo before you start. Soufeel assembles the ornament only after those choices are made.
What should I have ready before ordering a Soufeel custom music and photo Christmas ornament?
Have your chosen song and a photo file selected first, plus the exact wording you want printed. The ornament takes one photo and one block of personalised text on its 9cm x 9cm acrylic face, so the layout decision has to be made before the UV printing step. Knowing the song in advance matters too, since the music has to be set at the time of order. Soufeel builds each 33.4g ornament to the selections made at checkout.
Who is the Soufeel custom music and photo Christmas ornament a good fit for?
It suits anyone marking a specific memory tied to a song, such as a first dance, a family carol or a holiday from a particular year. The round 9cm x 9cm format shows a photo and personalised text together, which a plain bauble cannot do. Hanging a 33.4g ornament that plays music works well on a family tree where people stop and look. Soufeel makes it for friends and family rather than as generic holiday decor.
Is the Soufeel custom music and photo Christmas ornament worth buying?
It holds 4.8 out of 5 from 2747 customer reviews. Each ornament is personalised with your own song, photo and text on a 9cm x 9cm x 0.7cm acrylic and EVA foam disc weighing 33.4g. Laser cut edges and a UV printed finish are what the 33.4g build is built around. Soufeel offers it as a holiday keepsake sized to hang on any Christmas tree.
