The customer service helped me fix a blurry ultrasound file before production and the end result looked like a professional medical photo turned into art
I compared several brands and this one stood out for its clarity and depth—the 3D effect really makes the baby look like they’re floating inside the sphere
The team responded quickly to my image upload questions and even adjusted the contrast so the baby’s features popped more clearly in the final crystal
The customization process was super easy and the final product exceeded my expectations—the photo is sharp and the crystal has such a lovely weight and shine
Every time I walk past it I pause for a second—I love how it quietly celebrates such a powerful, tender milestone in our family story
The craftsmanship is top notch—the edges are smooth, the engraving is precise and the ball catches light in the most beautiful way on my nursery windowsill
The base is weighted just right so it doesn’t tip over easily and the velvet box it came in is gorgeous—I reused it to store other special mementos
I wasn’t sure if it would look good with my home decor but it blends perfectly with my neutral tones and adds such a warm, personal vibe
I’ve had mine for three months now and it still makes me smile every morning—I love how the ultrasound image glows softly when the sun hits it just right
This isn’t just another baby item—it’s something I’ll pass down someday and tell stories about the day we first saw our daughter’s sweet face
The level of detail is insane—you can even see the curve of my baby’s spine and the little swirl of hair on their head
Frequently asked questions
What size is the Soufeel Custom 2D Photo Crystal Ball Night Light?
The engraved crystal ball is a compact keepsake sized for a desk, shelf, or nightstand. Soufeel keeps the whole piece small enough to hold in one hand, so the photo stays the focus rather than the base. Because it is a decorative night light rather than a large lamp, it works best as an accent piece in a small space. Exact dimensions are not given in the product listing, so check the current product page for the precise measurements.
What material is the Soufeel Custom 2D Photo Crystal Ball Night Light made of?
The engraving is carved into a crystal ball, which is the core material of this Soufeel keepsake. Your photo is turned into a detailed illustration first, and that illustration is then engraved onto the personalized product by the brand's craftsmen. The crystal holds the image as an internal design rather than a printed surface, which is what gives it the 2D photo effect. The listing does not specify additional base or fitting materials.
What kind of photo should I upload when ordering the Soufeel Custom 2D Photo Crystal Ball Night Light?
Upload one clear, charming photo that captures the subject's unique spirit. Soufeel reviews the image before production and will contact you to request a new one if anything is wrong with it. After that, the brand's artists illustrate the photo, highlighting the key details so the result is a beautifully detailed illustration ready for engraving. Choosing a sharp, well-lit image the first time helps avoid a back-and-forth delay.
How does the customization process work for the Soufeel Custom 2D Photo Crystal Ball Night Light?
It runs in three steps: upload your photo, the artists illustrate it, then the craftsmen engrave the finished illustration. Soufeel's team highlights the key details of your photograph rather than reproducing it as-is, so the final engraving reads clearly in crystal. If there is any issue with your image, the team contacts you and requests a replacement before moving forward. Nothing is engraved until the illustration is ready.
Who is the Soufeel Custom 2D Photo Crystal Ball Night Light a good gift for?
It suits pet lovers, new parents, and anyone marking a personal milestone. Common subjects include a pet's face, a baby's ultrasound, and a loved one's face, all of which Soufeel turns into a keepsake decoration. Because the photo is chosen by the buyer, the gift fits occasions like birthdays, memorials, and holidays. It works as an everyday display piece rather than a seasonal item.
Is the Soufeel Custom 2D Photo Crystal Ball Night Light worth buying?
It carries a 4.8 out of 5 rating across 299 customer reviews. What separates it from a standard printed photo frame is the process: Soufeel's artists illustrate your photo first, then engrave that illustration into the crystal. Your own image is the entire design, so the result depends on the photo you upload. Read the current reviews on the product page for details beyond the score.
