Frequently asked questions
What are the exact dimensions of the Soufeel custom photo Christmas crackers?
Each cracker measures about 23 x 4.5 cm once fully assembled. That size is the final assembled dimension, so the finished popper is roughly the length of a standard dinner napkin roll. Soufeel ships this item as a semi-finished product that you put together yourself, and the small size keeps it easy to place at each dinner setting. No box is included with the order.
How many custom photo Christmas crackers come in one Soufeel order?
The listing is sold as individual poppers, so the quantity you receive matches the quantity you select at checkout. Soufeel does not bundle them into a fixed multi-pack, which lets you order exactly the number of place settings you need. Because each cracker arrives semi-finished, allow a few minutes per piece for assembly before your guests arrive. Each one includes a paper hat and a joke card.
Do I need to assemble the Soufeel Christmas crackers myself before the party?
Yes, assembly is required, and it is a simple step you complete at home. Soufeel ships the poppers in a semi-finished state on purpose so they survive rough handling in transit and reach you intact. Once put together, each cracker is about 23 x 4.5 cm and holds its paper hat and joke card. No box is included, so plan a tray or basket for serving them.
What do I need to prepare before ordering custom photo Christmas crackers from Soufeel?
Have your photo ready to upload at the time of ordering, since the personalisation is the whole point of the item. Soufeel prints your chosen image directly onto the cracker so it doubles as a place card or keepsake. Each finished popper also contains a paper hat and a joke card, so the tradition side is already covered. Assembly is left to you and takes only a moment per piece.
Are Soufeel photo Christmas crackers a good fit for a family dinner or holiday gathering?
They suit family dinners, Christmas tables and New Year celebrations where you want a personalised touch at each seat. Soufeel prints each guest's photo onto the cracker, so it works as a place setting marker as well as a party favour. The paper hat and joke card inside keep the traditional pull-apart ritual intact. At about 23 x 4.5 cm assembled, they sit neatly beside a plate without crowding the table.
Is the Soufeel custom photo Christmas cracker worth buying?
It holds a 4.91 out of 5 rating across 792 customer reviews. Soufeel pairs that personalisation with a classic paper hat and joke card inside each popper, so one item covers both the photo keepsake and the traditional cracker moment. Finished size is about 23 x 4.5 cm, and the crackers ship semi-finished for you to assemble. No box is included in the order.
