The pendant arrived earlier than expected and the packaging was elegant and thoughtful the photo engraving is crisp and doesn’t fade even after two weeks of daily wear

I uploaded a black and white photo of my late grandmother and the projection detail is incredibly emotional and lifelike it’s become my most cherished piece of jewelry
It’s rare to find a personalized necklace that looks this luxurious the projection effect works beautifully in natural light and the silver finish hasn’t tarnished at all
The customer service team helped me adjust the image resolution before engraving and the final result exceeded my expectations the chain is delicate but strong
