Frequently asked questions
What sizes and photo formats does the Soufeel Custom To My Dad Photo Flipbook Frame support?
The Soufeel flipbook frame accepts 8 or 16 individual photos, short video clips, series shots, and GIFs. You hand your footage to the brand and it becomes a mechanical hand-cranked animation inside a lighted box. The frame itself is a hand-crank flipbook unit, so each crank of the handle advances one frame of your sequence. That range covers everything from a single growth timeline to a series of family milestones.
How does the hand-crank mechanism work on the Soufeel photo flipbook box?
Turn the crank on the side of the box and the internal pages flip one after another, replaying your photos as motion. Soufeel builds this as a mechanical hand-cranked flipbook, so no batteries or apps are needed to run the animation. Integrated lighting inside the frame stays on to illuminate each page as it flips. Because the motion comes from the crank you control the speed yourself, fast for a quick loop or slow to study a single frame.
What do I need to prepare before ordering a Soufeel custom flipbook frame?
You need your photo or video files ready before checkout, since the entire piece is built around your own footage. Soufeel accepts 8 or 16 individual photos, short video clips, series shots, or GIFs as the source material. Once you send the material, it is turned into the flip sequence inside the hand-cranked box. There is no fixed theme requirement, so birthdays, family reunions, and childhood timelines all work as content.
Who is the Soufeel Custom To My Dad Photo Flipbook Frame best suited for?
It suits anyone looking for a parent-child gift that puts a family timeline into motion, especially dads. Soufeel designed the lighted hand-crank photo album as a Father's Day gift, a birthday present, or a family reunion keepsake. The content is usually built from a child's growth photos or a set of shared moments. Because it displays movement rather than a static print, it works as a decorative piece on a shelf or desk as well.
How is the Soufeel flipbook frame different from a normal photo album?
Instead of static pages, the photos are mounted as a flip sequence driven by a hand crank. Soufeel pairs that mechanical action with integrated lighting, so the images are lit while the sequence plays. The result sits somewhere between an album and a moving display, and it can be loaded with 8 or 16 photos, short video clips, series shots, or GIFs. A standard printed album shows one image at a time and gives you no motion.
Is the Soufeel Custom To My Dad Photo Flipbook Frame worth buying?
It holds 4.88 out of 5 stars across 1258 customer reviews. Soufeel offers it as a customizable hand-cranked photo album with integrated lighting and support for 8 or 16 photos, short video clips, series shots, or GIFs. The build is mechanical, so the animation runs from the crank rather than from power or software. It is positioned as a parent-child gift and Father's Day present.
