Frequently asked questions
What are the dimensions of the Soufeel custom tumbler cup with straw?
The cup mouth diameter is 8.7 cm, the bottom diameter is 7 cm, and the height is 17.5 cm. These measurements apply to the Soufeel custom tumbler cup with straw. The tapered body fits most standard car cup holders, which helps during a daily commute. Note that the straw adds a small amount of height once inserted into the lid.
What material is the Soufeel custom tumbler cup made of?
Stainless steel is the material used for this tumbler cup. Soufeel builds the body from stainless steel, which is the same base material used across many reusable travel drinkware products. The cup ships with a straw included in the box. Because it is stainless steel rather than glass or plastic, it is a reasonable choice for commuting and travel.
How do I customize the Soufeel tumbler cup with my own text?
You customize by choosing a name, a background color, and the text message printed on the cup. Soufeel lets you set all three elements before you place the order, so the tumbler arrives already personalized. Decide on the exact wording for the message first, since that text is what gets applied to the surface. The straw is included regardless of which color or text option you select.
What should I prepare before ordering the Soufeel custom tumbler cup with straw?
Have your exact wording ready before you start, because the personalization uses the name and message you enter. Soufeel applies the text you submit, so check spelling and capitalization carefully at checkout. You also need to pick a background color, since that is one of the customizable elements. Once those three choices are set, the order is complete.
Who is the Soufeel custom tumbler cup with straw best suited for?
It suits a sister, a friend, or a best friend who drinks on the go. Soufeel designed this tumbler with a straw so the recipient can manage thirst while traveling or during a daily commute. It also works as a gift for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and other special events. The Christmas wording in the product name points to holiday gifting as well.
Is the Soufeel custom tumbler cup with straw worth buying?
It holds a rating of 4.88 out of 5 across 1309 customer reviews. Soufeel offers this tumbler as stainless steel drinkware with a straw, a customizable name, a customizable background color, and customizable text. It is positioned as a gift for a sister or friend, and also for birthdays, anniversaries, and graduations. Those looking for a personalized travel cup have a documented rating to weigh.
