Frequently asked questions
What sizes does the Soufeel personalized family portrait stained glass suncatcher come in?
It comes in three round sizes: Small at 10*10*0.3CM (3.94*3.94*0.12 inch), Medium at 15*15*0.3CM (5.91*5.91*0.12 inch), and Large at 20*20*0.3CM (7.87*7.87*0.12 inch). Each Soufeel piece also includes a diamond accent measuring 2CM (0.79 inch) in diameter. The 0.3CM thickness keeps the panel light enough to hang freely in a window frame. All three sizes use the same round shape, so your choice mainly depends on how much wall or window space you want to fill.
What material is the Soufeel custom photo memorial ornament made from?
It is made from durable glass and acrylic with crystal-like clarity. The polished finish sharpens photo detail, while the stained glass effect gives the round panel a classic look. Because the material is rigid rather than fabric, the printed portrait holds its shape and does not wrinkle or fold over time. Soufeel pairs this construction with an included chain, so the piece is ready to hang as soon as it arrives.
What do I need to prepare before ordering the Soufeel personalized suncatcher?
Have your photo and the text you want printed ready before you place the order. The photo is reproduced as a custom portrait on the round Stained Glass panel, so a clear, well-lit image gives the best result. You choose the size at the same time: Small at 10*10*0.3CM, Medium at 15*15*0.3CM, or Large at 20*20*0.3CM. Soufeel ships each suncatcher with a chain included, so no extra hanging hardware is required.
Where can I hang the Soufeel stained glass suncatcher in my home?
It fits windows, sunrooms, and hanging spots in living rooms and kitchens. Light passing through the glass and acrylic creates a colorful glow, which is why the round Stained Glass panel is usually placed where daylight hits it directly. The included chain lets you suspend it from a window frame, hook, or ceiling mount without buying extra hardware. Soufeel offers it in Small (10*10*0.3CM), Medium (15*15*0.3CM), and Large (20*20*0.3CM), so you can match the piece to the size of the space.
Who is the Soufeel photo memorial ornament suitable as a gift for?
It suits moms, grandmas, and family members, and also works as a sympathy gift for someone coping with loss. The design centers on a chosen photo, so it can be made as a memorial ornament or as a family portrait gift. Occasions where it fits include Mother's Day, Christmas, birthdays, and anniversaries. Soufeel customizes each piece with your selected photo and text, which sets it apart from a ready-made window hanging.
Is the Soufeel personalized family portrait suncatcher worth buying?
It holds 5/5 from 2160 customer reviews. The piece is customized with your own photo and text, made from glass and acrylic, and available in Small (10*10*0.3CM), Medium (15*15*0.3CM), or Large (20*20*0.3CM). Soufeel includes a chain for hanging, and the round Stained Glass format works in windows, sunrooms, living rooms, and kitchens.
