Frequently asked questions
What sizes are available for the Soufeel personalized paw photo ornament?
Soufeel offers eight shape options with these dimensions: Paw 5.6*4.6 cm (2.2*1.8 inch), Snowflake 5*6.3 cm (1.96*2.48 inch), Nordic Snowflake 5.5*5.9 cm (2.16*2.32 inch), Cross 3.3*6.3 cm (1.3*2.48 inch), Candy Cane 3.3*6.3 cm (1.29*2.48 inch), Star 5.8*5.8 cm (2.28*2.28 inch), Angel 5.6*6.1 cm (2.2*2.4 inch), and Heart 6.5*6.1 cm (2.55*2.4 inch). The smallest option is the Cross or Candy Cane at 3.3 cm wide. The largest is the Heart at 6.5 cm wide.
How do you view the photo inside the Soufeel custom projection ornament?
Look through the opening of the ornament or use your phone's camera to reveal the picture inside. Each Soufeel ornament holds a custom picture placed within the piece rather than printed on the outer surface. This projection-style viewing is what separates it from a standard flat photo frame. No extra tools or apps are needed beyond your phone camera.
What do I need to prepare before ordering a Soufeel photo ornament?
You need to select your shape and supply the photo you want placed inside. Soufeel makes each ornament to order, so the picture you provide is the one used in production. Choose from eight shapes including Paw, Heart, Star, Angel, Snowflake, Nordic Snowflake, Cross, and Candy Cane. Each piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans after your order is placed.
Who is the Soufeel paw photo ornament a good gift for?
It suits pet lovers and anyone marking the memory of a pet, which is why Soufeel lists it as a memorial and holiday gift option. The ornament also works for birthdays, anniversaries, and general holiday giving. Because the picture is hidden inside, it reads as a personal keepsake rather than a display photo. It is designed for both women and men.
How is the Soufeel custom paw photo ornament different from a standard photo ornament?
The picture sits inside the ornament and is revealed by looking in or using your phone's camera, instead of being printed on the outside. Soufeel handcrafts each piece to order in one of eight shapes, with the Paw measuring 5.6*4.6 cm (2.2*1.8 inch) and the Heart 6.5*6.1 cm (2.55*2.4 inch). A standard photo ornament typically shows the image flat on the front surface from every angle.
Is the Soufeel personalized paw photo ornament worth buying?
Soufeel's personalized paw photo ornament holds a rating of 4.88 out of 5 across 1309 customer reviews. Each ornament is made to order and handcrafted by skilled artisans, with a custom picture placed inside for viewing by eye or phone camera. It comes in eight shapes, from the 5.6*4.6 cm (2.2*1.8 inch) Paw to the 6.5*6.1 cm (2.55*2.4 inch) Heart. It is offered as a birthday, anniversary, holiday, or memorial gift for pet lovers.
